What types of activities are available?

Each home offers a different number of rooms in varying arrangements. 

Eau Claire has 62 rooms. 
Rice Lake has 60 rooms. 
Hudson has 62 rooms. 
Iowa has 110 Studio and 1- and 2-bedroom units. 

How big is your community?

Every Cambridge location has a dedicated management team. You can contact us any time you have questions or concerns. We know each of our residents well, and you always have direct access to the same management staff. Don’t hesitate to reach out! 

What if a family member has questions about a resident’s care or needs?

Yes! We can arrange transportation assistance and accompaniment, we just need to know about the need ahead of time so we can schedule it. There is an additional fee (outside our flat-rates) for this specialty service. 

Do you have transportation available?

We have different room types available, with most of our rooms set up as a studio with a kitchenette that offers space to add a small microwave and/or refrigerator. All rooms have a private bathroom. Our Iowa community offers studios as well as 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with in-room washers and dryers. 

What type of rooms do you offer?

It depends on what you’d like to bring. Talk to our team about what you want to bring and we’ll make plans to accommodate personal items where possible. 

Can I bring my own furniture?

Skilled Senescence Care is an individualized, heightened level of support. Provided by our Clinical Care Team, Skilled Senescence Care is ideal for residents who need stabilization of their environment, routine, and/or medications to carefully and effectively assist with a diagnosis of a disease and its progression.

We offer the ability to see a rounding physician or provider in the convenience of the resident’s room to allow for personal medical assessments without the hassle of transportation to different facilities.

What is Skilled Senescence Care?

We are proud to offer a clear, transparent 5-tier pricing model that is rare in senior care. We work with each resident to complete a personal assessment and learn more about the level and type of care they need. Based on each resident’s personal results, we’ll recommend one of our four tiers of care. 

Unlike most senior living homes that charge a baseline room and board and then add fees for everything from laundry service to responding to a call button, our fees are all-inclusive. You always know what your monthly bill will be. 

The fee is set for one calendar year from the resident’s move-in date, so you can avoid unhelpful surprises and unexpected charges.
