At Cambridge, we offer flat-rate, tiered pricing so you know what to expect on your bill each month. (There are small nominal fees that may be added for certain services you choose to sign up for.)

Cambridge Senior Living is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), but here you’ll find many of the same services usually only found at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
We have experienced professionals, skilled nurses, top-tier amenities, and a flexible tiered-pricing model that allows you to move in and comfortably age in place.

Each level of care includes additional services and support.
Receive personalized care
Each potential resident receives a free initial health assessment so our team can determine the appropriate level of care.
There are five tiers of care with a flat-rate fee associated with each level:
• Guided Care
• Supportive Care
• Cornerstone Care
• Senescence Care
• Enhanced Care
Residents are re-assessed annually or in the case of a significant change in health or a new diagnosis.

What if a family member has questions about a resident’s care or needs?
Every person who works at Cambridge is here because they’re passionate about caring for grandmas and grandpas. And everything we do is designed to make sure once our residents move in, they have the services and skilled care they need to age in place. Our residents don’t have to move because they need a higher level of care!
We’re here to meet the needs of every resident. In addition to our Registered Nurses, we work closely with ancillary agencies to provide access to Social Workers, Therapists, Exercise and Nutrition specialists, and many other professionals so our residents always have access to comprehensive care.
Why is Cambridge the right choice for long term care?
We are proud to offer a clear, transparent 5-tier pricing model that is rare in senior care. We work with each resident to complete a personal assessment and learn more about the level and type of care they need. Based on each resident’s personal results, we’ll recommend one of our four tiers of care.
Unlike most senior living homes that charge a baseline room and board and then add fees for everything from laundry service to responding to a call button, our fees are all-inclusive. You always know what your monthly bill will be.
