How are your costs determined?Cambridge Senior Living prides itself in caring for you in a straightforward fashion, and we set our fees in the same way. Payment amount is determined with a personal assessment. We know that every resident has unique needs, which is why we don't believe in "one size fits all" pricing. Once you've completed a personal assessment, and your care level has been reviewed, your monthly payment amount will be set. Contact us for your free personal assessment today!

Why is Cambridge the right choice for long term care?Cambridge was designed to meet you where you are in your unique journey, and continue the journey with you for as long as you need. Our skilled medical backing is provided as an additional service to enhance our ability to care for you or your loved ones. From the moment we meet you, our Clinical Care Team (consisting of Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, Exercise and Nutrition Specialists, as well as many other specialties) will work alongside you to develop and execute a collaborative plan for top-notch care. This allows you to age in place without the concern of requiring another new move due to health or physical changes down the road.

What is included in your rates?Your room and board, three healthy and delicious meals per day, daily snacks, laundry/housekeeping, select furnishing when available, private bathroom, parking space if needed, guest WiFi, access to our on-site salon, theater/media room, weekly events and activities, and so much more! For our rooms that include a kitchenette area, a mini-refrigerator and microwave are available for purchase to make your kitchenette complete!

What type of rooms do you offer?Depending on which location you are interested in, there are various room types available. Each room includes a private bathroom and closet. Please set up a free tour to see our beautiful rooms and community for yourself! Call to set up a tour today.

Do your rooms come equipped with telephones?While none of our rooms are equipped with telephones, we provide options for assistance in phone services allowing you to be able to stay in touch with your loved ones.

What WIFI or cable TV options are available?Cambridge works with local phone, TV, and internet providers to make it easy to set up services for yourself or your loved one. Please contact the facility to get the proper contact information to set up these services, which come at an additional fee billed through the local provider.

What is Skilled Senescence Care?Skilled Senescence Care is an individualized, heightened level of support provided by our Clinical Care Team for those requiring stabilization of the environment, routine, and/or medications to carefully and effectively assist with a diagnosis of a disease and its progression. We work closely with outside medical providers to offer personal medical assessments without the hassle of transportation to different facilities.

Can I bring my own furniture?Depending on what you would like to bring, we may be able to accommodate it. Please call for more details with specifics.

Do you have storage space available for my belongings onsite?We do not offer storage units for residents, but we would be happy to help assist in setting that up elsewhere.

How big is your community?Depending on which location you are interested in (Rice Lake, Hudson, or Eau Claire), we have 60+ total rooms spanning 4 unique households. We are a two-story building with access to the upper level via stairs and elevator.

Do you have transportation available?Transportation assistance and accompaniment is available with prior knowledge and scheduling. There is a separate fee for this service.

What types of activities are available?We look forward to offering a very robust schedule of events and activities to keep our residents entertained all year long! Activities include (but are not limited to) various classes, community outings, exercise programs, live music, movie screenings, game nights, and much more!

Do you allow pets?We look forward to bringing in special pet friends occasionally, personal full time pets living at the facility accommodations are different for each facility. Visiting pets must be leashed at all times and be up-to-date on their vaccinations.

Do you offer short-term stays?Depending on our availability, this may be an option in the form of a “retreat stay”. A retreat stay offers the option for a caregiver time to catch up with family out of town, take time to care for items that arise in life, or simply provide a better refresh to be your best – a little R&R. The minimum length of a retreat stay is 5 days, and length can vary depending on circumstances. Please contact the facility in question to see if there is any availability for a retreat stay at your preferred location.

Do you have room for out-of-town guests visiting?We do not offer this option in-house, but we do work with partner hotels in each region to offer a nearby stay for out-of-town guests.
