CSL - EAU CLAIRE

Our newest facility, located in the heart of the Chippewa Valley, opened in 2022, and serves folks from Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Eleva, Altoona, Lake Hallie, and far beyond! Conveniently located just off exit 69 from I94, residents and guests here can enjoy all the excitement that Eau Claire has to offer within just a few minutes' drive.

  The Eau Claire building offers a beautiful secure courtyard with views overlooking the countryside, a cafe-style eating area, large community room, exercise room, theatre, and much more. Come by for a tour, we'd love to see you!
